If you receive a tracking number from us it probably will show invalid on the day you get it. The following day it should show as a valid number. This is because your package is not scanned at the terminal until the evening of the day it was picked up.

Return Policy:
We want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, you may return your product, provided it is in unused condition, in the factory box and packing, and it is within 7 days of your invoice date. All merchandise returned or exchanged will be subject to a 20% restocking fee less the shipping charges. Shipping and handling on return merchandise will not be refunded or covered by us. All returns must have a RA # (return authorization number) from us to be accepted.

-All items must be in new and resalable condition, including the original box, packaging, and accessories.
-Close outs are sold "as is" and without warranty. All close out sales are final.
Returning your RA
Use sufficient packing to protect your return. We are not responsible for damage caused by the shipping company.
Write the RA number on the outside of the shipping box close to the shipping label.
Any package return to us without an RA number may not get processed.
